A Brief History...
Easterseals Blake Foundation is dedicated to the vision of a Southern Arizona community where all people live healthy, productive, and independent lives. EBF serves more than 30,000 individuals and families across 10 counties of Southern Arizona.
Sage Ceramics is one of EBF’s Employment and Community Support programs.
Our supported employment programs for adults with intellectual and physical disabilities, allow employees to work closely with job coaches to gain competitive work skills in the field of their choice. Employees also receive technical expertise in adaptive equipment and workplace modifications.
Employees of Sage Ceramics design and manufacture a variety of handcrafted ceramic gift items. This unique program provides participants an opportunity to gain experience and learn occupational skills related to the retail and wholesale industry and is run by supported employees from the Tucson community.

Marie has worked at Sage Ceramics for more than 4 years. Prior to working at Sage, she trained at the Project Search program at Banner hospital.
